Andover In-Home Care is fully insured and meets all upcoming 2026 MA home-care licensing standards. Our systems ensure recruitment, supervision, emergency response, and quality reporting excellence. We are locally owned and personally accountable to every client and partner.
All caregivers undergo CORI, OIG/exclusion, I-9 verification, driving record review, and reference checks. They complete CPR/First Aid, HIPAA, dementia care, and emergency training. New hires shadow an experienced carer before assignment and competencies are reassessed annually.
A Live 24/7 Emergency Line ensures immediate response for caregiver illness, client 911 emergencies, or urgent family notifications. Backup caregivers and an on-call coordinator maintain continuity of care. Electronic Visit Verification confirms each caregiver’s arrival, departure, and a caregiver mobile app records task completion.
Each client has an individualized care plan reviewed every 90 days. Visit data is recorded in our HIPAA-compliant system. Families access a secure Family Portal to view completed activities, and caregiver updates. Complaints are acknowledged within two business days and resolved within 14.
Our QAPI program tracks client satisfaction, caregiver turnover, missed visits, on-time arrivals, training compliance, care plan reviews, incidents, supervisory visits, complaint resolution, emergency response times, and workforce satisfaction. Findings drive retraining and corrective actions.

Next, we visit your loved one at home to understand their daily life, environment, and preferences. Together, we create a personalized Care Plan and begin thoughtfully selecting a caregiver who will fit seamlessly with your family.

Care starts once the Service Plan is signed electronically. Your loved one receives a Welcome Pack, and our team checks in after the first visits to make sure everything feels comfortable and consistent.

We stay closely involved, reviewing care after two weeks and then quarterly to ensure the plan continues to fit. You’ll always have open lines of communication and a trusted team ready to adapt as needs change.
